I find it really hard to sleep in now; it seems uni and work have messed up my body’s ability to be lazy.

Things to do today:

  1. Make oats for breakfast
  2. Drink a glass of water
  3. Drop 2kg in 3 hours
  4. Weigh-in
  5. Enjoy the Meatlovers Pizza  T-Bone Steak waiting for me in the fridge
